Israeli couple spark riot after threats to take children

After authorities threatened to place their children in foster care, an Israeli couple set off fireworks in the Nazereth Shrine sparking a riot. Authorities report the couple have a psychiatric disability.  Same story, different country, minus the riot.Couple Lights Fireworks in Nazareth Shrine
